All items ship from Australia and are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Orders are dispatched daily & we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days

Butterfly Kisses cannot change or intercept a package once it has been shipped
Redelivery for any reason will be the customer's expense

We want you to be in love with your Butterfly Kisses so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your purchase
For change of mind, size change or design change, we offer store credit — provided the following requirements are met:
★ Contact us within 7 days of receiving of your order
★ The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags and liners intact
For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear
Due to health regulations, garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted
All sale items are not eligible for return
If for any reason there is a major issue (as defined by the ACCC) with the item/s received please get in touch as soon as possible
