If you're not happy with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible - returns@butterfly-kisses.com.au

If you’ve contacted us for sizing advice and your swimwear doesn’t fit, we’ll cover the return shipping for your exchange

For a change of mind, size, or style, we offer store credit - as long as:

✶ You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
✶ Items are unworn, unwashed, and liners intact

For hygiene reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear
We cannot accept returns on garments that are worn, soiled, marked, or laundered
All sale items are final and not eligible for return
If your item has a fault please get in touch right away
Once your return is received, please allow 1-3 business days for your store credit to be issued

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit
